Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PickleOps (“PickleOps,” “we,” “us”) is based in the United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PickleOps website and application (the “Service”), located at pickle-ops.com.

2. What the Service does

PickleOps is software for organizing and running pickleball tournaments, leagues, and series: creating events and divisions, importing or entering rosters, generating brackets and schedules, and recording scores and standings. PickleOps does not handle player registration sign-ups or collect entry-fee payments from players. Organizations continue to use their own existing tools for that, and bring the resulting roster into PickleOps afterward.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an organization or subscribe to a paid plan. Accounts are created via email magic link or Google sign-in; you are responsible for keeping access to the email address or Google account tied to your PickleOps account secure. An organization’s administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter or import into PickleOps, including any player roster information, and for having the right to enter that information into the Service.

Player accounts (used to view a public profile, follow events, and see career stats) are free and separate from an organization’s paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Organizations subscribe to a paid tier (Starter, Club, or Enterprise), billed monthly or annually. New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial: no charge during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means you are never charged. If you do nothing, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial, at the tier and billing term you selected when the trial started.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or its applicable local affiliate), our payment processor and merchant of record, who also handles applicable sales tax and VAT collection. Your payment information is provided directly to Paddle and is subject to Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others;
• Upload or enter player or personal data into the Service that you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other organizations’ data;
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service outside of the public player-search and event pages it intentionally exposes.

6. Your data

Your organization’s data (event, division, roster, and results data you enter or import) stays yours. You may export your data at any time, and may request deletion of your organization’s account by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and share data, including which data is publicly visible (for example, player profiles and event results).

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization’s settings page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these Terms’ provisions that by their nature should survive (including data ownership and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
