A flat monthly or annual subscription, billed through Stripe. Tiers are set by active registered players over a trailing 12 months, not by event count. Every format, league, and reusable template is unlimited on every tier.
Do players pay anything?
No. Organizations hold the subscription; player accounts, profiles and event following are free. There is no per-registration platform fee.
Do you handle registration and payment?
No. PickleOps sits on top of whatever you already use for sign-ups and payment collection. Once registration closes, bring the roster in via CSV import or add players by hand.
What counts as an active player?
A unique player registered to at least one of your events over the trailing 12 months, whether you pay monthly or annually. The same player across three of your events counts once.
Am I limited on events, divisions, leagues, or templates?
No. Every tournament format, League/Ladder, and reusable event template is available on every tier, unlimited. Active player volume is what your price and tier cap scale with; a short list of organizational extras (more organizer seats, managing multiple organizations, priority support) is the only other thing that differs by tier.
Can I move my existing member list in?
Yes. Import participants from CSV, and export at any time. Your data stays yours.
How does billing work?
Flat monthly or annual subscription through Paddle, priced by which tier your trailing-12-month active-player count falls into: the same count either way, so switching between monthly and annual never changes your tier. Cross into the next tier and you move up at your next renewal, not mid-cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access through what you already paid for: annual subscribers through the end of the paid year, monthly subscribers through the end of the paid month. No prorated refunds, and no early cutoff either way.
