Cancel before day 30 and you're never charged. Do nothing, and billing starts automatically on the tier you chose: same tier, same price, no re-evaluation.

Is my card charged during the trial?
No. Your card is saved when you start the trial so billing can begin automatically afterward, but you are not charged anything for the first 30 days.
What if I pick the wrong tier?
You can switch tiers any time, before or after the trial converts. Tier is based on your trailing 12-month active player count, so it's meant to track your actual usage, not lock you in.
How do I cancel?
From your account at any point in the 30 days. Cancelling before the trial ends means you're never charged, full stop.
