The core difference: registration and fees
PickleballTournaments.com handles the whole player journey, including collecting entry fees and waivers, and charges accordingly: a $25 per-tournament setup fee plus a $5 + 7.99% service fee taken from each player at checkout (sanctioned events get a 50% software-fee discount). PickleOps deliberately doesn't collect registration payments at all. Organizations keep whatever sign-up and payment tool they already use, then bring the resulting roster into PickleOps by CSV import or by hand, and pay one flat subscription instead of a per-player fee passed on to entrants.
